Marketplace Return Policy
Consumers have the right to return an item within seven days after the purchase without the need to specify any reason for return. All returns must be postmarked within seven days from the date of delivery. Some vendors may have an extended period for returns. Consumers are advised to check the details with the vendor well before the purchase. All returned items must be in new and unused condition in original package with all tags and labels intact.
To return an item, please use the "Return" function in this app. Place the item securely in its original packaging and include proof of purchase with it. Dispatch and return the item back to vendor’s address. Please note that consumer would be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that consumers use a trackable method to ship the returns.
After receiving the returned item from the consumer, the vendor will inspect and confirm the condition of the returned item. Depending on your agreement with the vendor, your return, refund or exchange will be processed. Please allow at least seven days to process your refund after the receipt of your return by the vendor. You will be notified when the return is processed.
For defective or damaged products, immediately raise a complaint with the vendor to arrange refund or exchange.
